A goddess told me my child would change the pack.

Until it happened, I didn’t believe it.

Not until I saw it with my own eyes.

My woman is a nurturer. She’s a bringer of change. A broker of the future.

She deals with emotions, sees auras, and glories in the urges of her three alpha mates.

To me, she’s the saint.

But that doesn’t make me or my brothers sinners.

We were fated to be together, fated to be different. There’s nothing sinful in what we have, even if, in the eyes of her family, we’re a disgrace.

She’s Roma. Born and bred. Harkens from a rich culture, as ancient as my own, but with her heritage comes gifts I could never have foreseen. Not just for her, but her siblings as well.

Two are dead, the other has yet to be found. But uncovering family secrets is always dangerous without throwing mystical powers into the fray.

And these mystical powers?

Will change everything.

A revolution is underway.

We’re not prepared for it. We can’t be.

Moon Child is the second instalment  of The Year of the Wolf series and returns to Sabrina and the gang as they forge a future whilst trying to deal with the history that brought them together. Sabrina isn’t the same character from the first instalment. She has become  weaker by the changes by finding her mates and mystery being revealed.

I wanted the fiery Sabrina of the first book, not afraid of the family secrets. She is insecure with the changes and it shows as her Roma heritage is called into question in order to figure out her future .

Her mates  are the ones who stand out for the right reasons in this book. Eli holds the book together and is the one to watch out for  as he delves into the tension and makes something out of the situation. He  wants the future that he heard about and wishes for but it truely going to happen.

This is the first time I have read one  of the PNR’s from this author and I do love shifters and the concept overall. The first book did set things up well so  I did wonder if this would focus on the relationship. It did but it was imbalanced and left me wanting Sabrina to wake up and take charge like she did before.  It will be interesting how things play out in the third book

Born in England, Serena Akeroyd is a true romance bookaholic. As a reader she will not touch a book unless she knows it has a happy ending, which makes her write the endings that your heart craves!  This addiction, made her want to craft stories to suit her voracious need for steamy, sexy romance. She loves to write stories with plots twists, alpha sexy men, dark humor, and hot AF love scenes. Some are darker than others as she has a taste for the weird and the unexpected.

She writes MF, Menage and Reverse Harem (also known as Why Choose romance) in both contemporary and paranormal. But she has recently decided to concentrate more on contemporary MF stories. With the Satan Sinners MC Series and The Filthy Feckers Series. That being said, she never stays away from her roots. And that is why she is bringing you The Year of the Wolf
