Blog Tour: A Little Bit Wicked by Melissa Foster

Title: A Little Bit Wicked

Genre: Contemporary Romance

Rating: 4 out of 5.

A captivatingly funny and deeply emotional new standalone romance by New York Times bestselling author Melissa Foster. When the Dark Knights at Bayside and the cast of Bayside Summers collide, sparks fly, and trouble—or maybe love—is not far behind.

Set on the sandy shores of Cape Cod, the Wickeds feature fiercely protective heroes, strong heroines, and unbreakable family bonds. If you think bikers are all the same, you haven’t met the Dark Knights. The Dark Knights are a motorcycle club, not a gang. Their members stick together like family and will stop at nothing to keep their communities safe. Their stories are told in the same loving, passionate voice readers have come to adore from Melissa. Some of the Wickeds’ love stories will be hilariously fun, others will tear at your heartstrings with injections of humor, but they will all leave you wishing you could climb between the pages and join them!

What do a cocky biker and a businesswoman who has sworn off dating bad boys have in common? According to Chloe Mallery, not much.

Justin came into the Wicked family after a harsh upbringing by a thieving father. He’s gone through a lot to become a true Wicked, and he’s made them proud. Now he’s ready to show the woman he loves exactly what type of man he is. But Chloe Mallery has worked hard to move past her difficult upbringing, and she’s wary of getting involved with a man who looks like he’s walked right out of it. When tragedy strikes, will their trying pasts draw them together, or will Justin’s protective nature be too much for Chloe’s independent heart to accept?

It’s been a while but I loved being back in Foster’s world. It’s a trip down memory lane whilst meeting new characters.
This is a new series from her, introducing the Wickeds , another family in the Cape area who part of the Dark Knights Club
I loved the Whiskeys Dark Knight books and the Wickeds gave them a run for their money. These Wickeds are fun bunch who know how to have fun but are there for one and other anytime there is a need.

The Dark Knights aren’t your typical MC Club and this book remind me why I love the Dark Knights. Our leads Justin and Chloe have been dancing around their feelings for a while and finally Chloe sees the light when she throws caution to the wind and decides to take a walk on the wide side as she sees it. Justin is not her type, she knows it as he far from her ideal guy .
However it’s far from what she expected and Justin work his magic to draw her in her like us . These MC are the good guys, the ones who protect the ones and Foster shows us why these two are perfect for each other.

Their relationship is played out over the course of the book and we see them quickly act on that simmering tension and find a happily place where they are prepared to deal with the issues that had them both waiting for so long.

My heart broke for both of them in the book. They both had painful childhoods that have shaped their lives in very different ways. Both dealing with the demons very differently and it showed when they came together and explore those said childhoods. I think the way Foster weaved it together and made a sounding conclusion on those chapters was a highlight of this book. It made the second part work when it seemed it was going to be all sunshine and rainbows.

Justin and Chloe was the perfect starting point for this new series and with the hints dropped about certain characters. I can’t wait to be back in Wickeds’ lives soon.
