It has only been about a year  since I discover the beautiful writings of Sterritt and ever since she announced this book. I have been waiting until I could get my hands on the book. Love My Way is Sterrit’s best book to date undoubtable   and  was well  worth the wait. This the book you want  to read. The book that gives you a jolt of fresh breath of air and brings you all  feels that you don’t want to shake away.

The story of Emmerson Hart is a beautiful yet heartbreaking one. Her story consumes you from the beginning. Emmerson is only twenty two years old. Her thoughts and words read of an older person. A person who has experienced more then  what you expect given a woman of that age .  Life hasn’t been always kind for her and she paid the price as a result thanks to environment around here.

Her story isn’t the easiest one to read but Sterritt doesn’t disappoint and tells this story with justice. It something special , and it  is not just a romance.  It  is an epic story that happens to have a romance involving two different men in there.  It a story of new beginning and find    your self.  Be able to love your own way and embrace things.

Love My Way is a different book. It doesn’t fit into one pigeon hole. It maybe a tale of growing up and moving on from the past . There  may be indications of certain things.  All I will say is this. Ignore what you think this story is about and dive in. You will regret not picking up this book and there was a reason why  last she was touted around the circuit last year as an author to watch. This book is the sort of book you want to read.  A story that simple captivating and intriguing. A story that takes a little piece of your heart and leaves you wanting more.

Kate Sterritt lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband, three young sons and highly energetic German Shorthaired Pointer puppy.

When she’s not madly juggling the logistics of soccer trainings, play dates and volunteering at the school, she can be found at her laptop, writing the types of novels she loves to read. Her characters are inspired by her own experiences, blended with her imagination and a healthy dose of wishful thinking.
